    Accommodations

    Accommodations: There aren’t so many hotels in Odawara city. Please try to find hotels near Odawara city. Atami city and Hakone area are the candidates.

    We secured one small suitable lodge (Have A Nice Day) within walking distance of the congress site for 3 nights of May 27th , 28th, 29th (departure 30th morning) (https://haveaniceday.jp/stay/#stay_rooms).

    ・There are 12 small rooms (6 for men, 6 for women) on one floor. Shower rooms and toilets are shared and available on each floor. Accommodation fee: 4,000 JPY/night. Still available

    Two additional rooms are also available.

    ・Minamo: One double bed (plus one extra single bed). A shower room, toilet, and cooking appliances are provided. This room is suitable for 1-2 persons.: fully booked Accommodation fee: 15,000 JPY/night.

    ・Nagisa: Two double beds (plus one extra semi-double bed), a shower room, a toilet and a cooking equipment are available. This room is suitable for 2-3 persons. Accommodation fee: 20,000 JPY/night. Booked for 28th and 29th nights, and still available for 27th night.
